Approved GZ 1.1 + Fail RP by 108256

Dear Admins,
You can see in my bodycam that this guy 108256 gets out of my car we get into a fight and he goes outside the green zone and starts shooting me. You can observe that I am inside the green zone in my Chiron. He is clearly shooting into Green zone from outside. Also after the situation, he drives his car with no tyres which is Fail RP(driving without tyres). Pls, take strict action on him.
