Dear Admins,
In this form, many of the claims made by Mr. Carl Jordan, the leader of Lifeinvader, against me are completely false. (Pending review - Org Verbal for deputy leader breaking server rules | Laura Dsouza) Additionally, the evidence he has provided is invalid because it was not presented in full-screen format.
As you know, the form I submitted (Approved - Toxicity in CC | 64981) was approved by the admin team. In response, they tried to dispute it by opening a “Complaints About Administrators” form. (Rejected - Mute for Provoking | Laura Dsouza) However, their complaint was rejected because it was clear that their actions were provocative. Following this, Mr. Carl Jordan opened another “Complaints About Administrators” form. (Pending review - Org Verbal for deputy leader breaking server rules | Laura Dsouza)
The statements made against me in their form are misleading. I submitted all of my evidence (POVs) in two different ADS tickets. In my first Ads-complaint, I clearly explained the issue in a professional manner. I also knew that Lifeinvader’s COO should not engage in unnecessary arguments on CC, which is why I decided to bring this issue to the admins through a form. I discussed this with Mr. Laura Dsouza and she told me that it was right for me to open a form. So I opened a form. There is no targeting of any organization or anything else here.
Shortly after, there was another issue with the ad I sent to Lifeinvader. I opened a second Ads-complaint and provided all of my evidence again. However, Mr. Abhijeet Burrows, the COO of Lifeinvader, seems to have not reviewed my POVs because he responded:
"I do not see any issue; what you wrote was served in the ad, kindly explain the issue."
From this response, it is clear that he did not watch my video. In my ad, I explicitly stated that I was selling two houses for a total of $45 million. (You can verify this by checking LI’s Closed-ticket no: 0477.) I then replied to him: "I think you have a vision problem and you can't see what I write in my ad and what your staff writes?!"
Instead of resolving the issue, Mr. Abhijeet Burrows closed my ticket without my consent and placed me on the BLACKLIST. He justified this with the following message:
"Your complaint will be closed and no further complaints will be taken from you for being rude to LI in CC as well as in tickets, maybe learn some manner and ethics on how to handle such issues."
I would like to ask you, dear admins, how professional is this behavior? This person is a former admin and the current COO of Lifeinvader!

From both pieces of evidence, it is clear that this person has targeted me and unfairly placed me on the BLACKLIST. Additionally, he has done the same to another individual without valid reasons.

As you can see from these proofs, his actions lack professionalism. It seems that I am being targeted simply because I pointed out their mistakes.
Moreover, they have used comments I made on Grand RP’s Discord while addressing the former CEO of Lifeinvader to mislead the admins and paint a negative picture of me. These comments are unrelated to the current situation and are being used to manipulate you. They do not have any solid evidence to support their claims and are instead providing incomplete and misleading information.
This behavior is not suitable for a leader or anyone holding a leadership position. I have no idea how such actions can be considered professional. I also cannot understand their intentions. I have never targeted any organization, nor do I intend to do so. However, pointing out mistakes and bringing up valid issues should not be treated as a crime.
I want to emphasize that I have not engaged in any provocation, harassment, or malicious behavior against any organization. It is evident that they are trying to mislead you, dear admins. I kindly ask you to evaluate this matter from this perspective. I opened this form to defend myself and to prove the false and baseless claims made by this individual.
