It is clearly visible that this POV is not recorded from NVIDIA or FBX or any other legal recorder because there is no recorder overlay in POV in this whole video

as per GR 6.17 It is forbidden to use OBS and any similar softwares for recordings. All overlays must be recorded. | Ban 30 days

atlast of the pov screen flicked for a second means he stopped the pov or saved it. and no recording saved overlay was showing that means its a desktop capture not supported pc or laptop.
