Rejected Wrong Punishment | Nounou Spade

Dear Higher-Up Admins,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing for the punishment I received today for "Mixing" (using OOC information in IC RP ). I couldn't understand where exactly the mixing is. Could you please explain what I said or did that led to mixing OOC and IC information?

Additionally, I would like to address the situation that led to this complaint. I fully understand and respect the RP environment, and I am not claiming the officer couldn't arrest me.
However this is for misunderstanding that i had from Admin Nounou Spade

1. The arrest felt rushed, with minimal roleplay or explanation of the fins . The officer issued a demand, tased me, and then immediately fined me without properly explaining the reason.
2. When I requested a lawyer, the officer did not provide one. For what ever I was detained or arrested for , I believe my right to request a lawyer is not when the officer are arresting me. Beacuse then the officers will have more power then citizen. Then all officers can detain and give fins to who ever they want with out any fair off lawyers or what ever they are doing.
3. If officers can issue fines without context or proper RP, it could turn the server from an RP experience into an FPS-style environment, which is not the topic of Grand RP.

I appreciate you taking the time to review this complaint. I respect the rules and strive to follow them, but I feel this situation had misunderstanding.
My main question is Mixing. I will know what i did wrong to don't repeat it again.
