Respected higher ups,
Recently most of our family members got banned for Bug abuse in hacker attack at NG base,
As a new family, this was our first Hacker attack and we were completely unaware that the place where we did hacker attack was a bug abuse, Our family name is Entity,
We got to know from senior admins that this is considered Bug abuse and they asked us to appeal, We were at Ng base Tower, We are sorry we were not aware of this Bug, and never meant to break server rules and never wanted to take unfair advantage against the leos
But after this ban most of our co-leader and family members got banned, which is really unfortunate
Please I request you to consider our apology and give us another chance We apologize for this and request you to lift the ban just this time and we are gonna make sure nobody does this again,
we all really love grand rp and spend alot of time in city because of the interesting events and modes, we really want to spend our new year in the city and grow more.
I hope you find this as our mistake and give us another chance to enjoy the new year in the city of grand roleplay, thank you and i hope we get unbanned.
