Hi,
We are new to game I asked my friend xyme xymer to buy a car for me because he had prime and i gave him money in advance for the car and then took car as exchange of my other car
Then I asked him to give me my car back and the lowest was 1k so he gives me for that price (he wanted to give it for free but no option) and now we have ban for evading tax please look into this issue.

I accept my mistake but please help me as i dont wanna loose GC and good experience for a very old mistake. Please review my case and help me.
