1. Experience


SAHP is the first org I joined when I came to the city. I've was in SAHP for a bit. I spent time in other orgs, but majority of my time was in LSPD so I know most Legal Orgs off the top of my head.I have prior experience as LSPD SAHP HC in city 1/2. I also have experience within other orgs and gangs to better my understanding of the city/server. I have been a HC in m any legal orgs like LSPD/SAHP/USS/ as well as in illegal orgs so I know all the strategies and tactics of both the orgs . I have a firm belief that I can run this department the way it should be. I have taken notes from being HC and from those before me to improve the training and department as a whole.




2. Greater communications

The key to a good relationship is communication. Communication is the best way to keep people together for long periods of time. For the last 4 months, I've grown to treat everyone in the organization as if they were family. Although nothing as a closer relationship then family, it can't be a successful and functioning family without good communication. To increase the amount of communication within the organization, I will be conducting 2-3 organizational meetings per week so employees of the organization can bring up issues and suggestions for everyone to debate. This would also allow HC to address the employees of their future plans are for the organization.


3. Offer greater opportunity across the various time zones

In all organizations, retention is one of the most challenging tasks across all time periods. This I believe could be mitigated by creating a time-zone specific department structure where an ‘in-city’ AM and PM High Command is created essentially doubling critical leadership positions to ensure continued recruitment, training, specialist activities continue to flourish with consistent numbers.

This extension then gives officers more opportunity for promotions and is governed by a Sheriff, Undersheriff, and Deputy Chiefs who ensure each time period's requirements are met.





3. Your advices for improving Roleplay level in organization.

#1- I would like to complete my term without any warn If I get the org and make SAHP the best legal org.


#2- I would give out proper training of how to use the PDA. As learned through my time in SAHP, any information not gained ICly can be used in the PDA as long as the PDA is pinged to a certain location (License Plate Database/SAHP HQ)

#3- I would want to start a weekly meetings between all the leaders of legal organizations and their curators so we can address and solve issues that are common within all legal organizations and possibly increase relationship between all legal organizations so there isn't any bad blood between them.
