Hello Administration,
I received a ban for racism, but I did not commit this offense.
I will explain objectively and directly what happened in the hope of clarifying the situation and providing detailed insight.
First of all, this is my first appeal and post, and I am writing to ask you to review the situation in more detail. I do not wish to complain about admin Hassan nor do I have anything against his work.
I was at an event, and players from another family killed us before the event started so that we couldn't participate. When we respawned at the hospital, a member of my family started attacking players outside the hospital as retaliation for what happened before the event. Of course, I do not support this behavior, as the best way to resolve such issues is through the forum, not in-game. I did not support his actions of attacking players outside the hospital, and I want to emphasize that I did not participate in it.
In the POV submitted by the complaint owner, it can be seen that I did not harm or shoot anyone. In several POVs, I am not seen at all. In one POV, you can see a player running me over with a vehicle because I was standing near the hospital entrance, observing what was happening. I did not provoke anyone, but he still decided to run me over. The only thing I said to him in Croatian slang was, "jebem ti ikinsku kurvu"
At no point was I being racist, nor is there any racism in the country where I live. I genuinely believe this is a mistake, as I am not the kind of person to engage in such behavior.
This ban has hit me hard. I am active on the server daily from morning to night, working on the black market and participating in events. I do not disturb anyone or break the rules.
I kindly ask you to lift the ban, as I truly believe I am not guilty. If you still think I made a mistake, I would appreciate your forgiveness. You can give me 2 warnings and send me to jail. I promise I will never participate in any arguments on the server again and will not break any server rules.
I love this project and appreciate your efforts to make the server an enjoyable experience for players. Once again, I want to emphasize that this ban has saddened me greatly, and I have been upset all day about not being able to access the server.
The evidence clearly shows that I did not harm or shoot anyone, and the player ran me over for no reason. I want to apologize to the players and the administration, and I promise to stay out of trouble and be a model player.
All I am asking for is a single chance to be unbanned because I truly am not guilty. I hope I have earned that chance.
