Rejected Org. Hopping

So I'm timeout for 1 week in sahp emails ,so I don't have access to type anywhere or I have no logs in emails,then I'm fired from sahp they say come back after 7 days,but I joined marabunta gang than I got warning, I know 3 days rules of org. Hopping but I think I fired because of no access in emails.
Heavily requested for removing my warning
