I've asked an Admin to what to do if I want to steal cars and he replied that I need the skill and tatto. I paid 1.5M for the skill but now they also says that I need to be in a gang or unofficial fam. I already have a fam and I don't want to change it. I've spent 1.5M on that skill. Is there any way I can reverse it?
