I was having a fight with this guy because he stole my set in the gym so I punched him a few times and then this officer doesn't even say anything, runs in the gym and cuffs me and drags me without telling me. I have experience with LSPD and know that it is required to tell someone when they are being placed and cuffs and when you will be dragging them.

- Do not see any failrp
- It is not mandatory to say out load thet they are cuffing as it is clearly visible on your top left of screen. Clear and detailed RP instruction are given out when officer cuffs you, so not mandatory to say it out loud.
