Rejected False jail for UB Solar

I just came incity and saw that i was jailed for UB Solar. I planted a solar yesterday somewhere at Mount Chiliad because someone called me to plant it there. I was not aware that it is not allowed since most solars ive planted have been near ghetto HQs. The person who told me to come there has the phone number 1210120 and gave me 10k for it. Please lift the jail since im in a gov organisation and it leaves a bad impression in my records.
