The first lawyer wasnt searching you to incriminate you, but rather to confirm or deny the arresting officer's charges against you. Your lawyer isn't allowed to search you to incriminate you, but he is allowed to search you to confirm or to deny the alleged charges being brought against you by the arresting officer, keep in mind that lawyers are prohibited from engaging in corruption, and thus, to comply with that requirement under the law, he has to search you in very very very very limited circumstances, this was one of those circumstances. Firstly, I do not agree with you regarding what the lawyer did because his purpose was to try to acquit me and not to contribute to bringing charges against me. As you know, even if I am caught and have weapons, the lawyer must check the arresting officer’s body camera, which this officer (chief of police )described as invalid, and that He uses his annoyance about this problem, and you yourself know that this action is illegal It's corruption , and therefore there is no evidence to convict me.
All of this is necessary for the lawyer to make sure that he did not put them in my bag, or at least find evidence proving their source or my use of them. In addition to that, he refused to take the case because of my possession of these weapons and his fear that I would shoot him with them, forgetting that the arresting officer could confiscate them.
