There is much more that I want to do but I hope that what I have been doing, and what I’ve detailed in this application, and what I will continue to do will greatly benefit EMS.
I can promise all employees, curators and citizens that I will always be fair and objective, through all my actions as a Chief, just as I am in my current role as Deputy. I will never cave in to group pressure, do things to benefit a friend or conduct any form of favoritism. In my role as Deputy I have had to face many difficult situations, and I have lost some friends and gained others as a result. I have made people dislike me, by standing my ground, but I also gained the respect of others, by doing so. Being a Deputy or HC is not easy and being a Chief won’t be any easier, but I vow to put in my best effort to lead others and keep them strong and supportive of each other, for the love of EMS!
A good quote: The need of the many outweighs the need of the few!
I will ensure EMS properly fills this role by implementing the following steps:
I was a trainee at one time, and did not always have the knowledge I possess today, but by dedication, great trainers and a love of EMS, I have worked my way up to where I am today. I want to now give everyone else the same opportunities that I was given by respect, teamwork and promoting the help and support from others within the organization!
Thank you so much for reading and maybe considering my application! Much love for you all no matter what!
Best Regards,
Lucky Dupree!

Additional information -
Application for the Leadership of:
Emergency Medical Services of Los Santos (Grand RP-EN1)Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation):
I am applying for the position of EMS Chief because I know that I can contribute a lot...- I have been in the organization for almost 8 months, with some minor breaks here and there, and 2 of those months were spent on EN2 helping them build up EMS when it was new, so I have a lot of experience with the inner workings of EMS.
- I have held many different ranks and positions within the organization, but I chose to be an FTO for almost 5+ months because of my love of training people and helping everyone be the best they can be. Being an FTO meant that I had more responsibilities than a regular employee and was always just a step away from High Command. Since my role was that of a mentor, I learned to be very patient and understanding with people from many different nationalities, with different personalities that have come and gone through my time in EMS. I have always been an extroverted person which has helped me a lot in my roles in both EMS and in real life where I have had a lot of different careers working with and for people in different fields. I love to interact with other people and bring joy to a gray day if I can. When I encounter someone who is upset or having a hard time I always take my time to listen and help them out as best I can, so at the end of the day, if I helped one or two people laugh and smile again, then it has been a very productive and successful day.
- I have been in High Command, for some time now, with the best team ever and I have loved being a part of it. Avi and Teddy led EMS to a new and exciting level with a lot of improvements, and I hope to be able to improve on that further and lift EMS even higher!
My goals if I become the leader of EMS:
- I want to improve the education system for new hires with new and improved methods that will teach people how to be an EMS employee, in a way that makes it fun and enjoyable. I will also make efforts to ensure it is more fun for FTO's to perform the training, and provide new tools that will help make it easier for them to do their jobs.
- I have always had the mindset and viewpoint that everyone has an equal right to enjoy EMS, no matter their gender or nationality. I have zero tolerance for toxic and destructive behavior in EMS. I want to implement an anti-bullying policy that will benefit everyone. We are all different people from different places and we need to have mutual respect for each other, in order to have a good and healthy environment. I want to make EMS a place in which employees will want to spend a lot of time being in and around when they fly in the city, like a true family. We have always helped and supported each other within EMS, and many people have been here together for a long time because of that. I want to continue to encourage this type of environment.
- Avi and Teddy did a lot to improve teamwork between the different legal organizations creating exciting events and encouraging good roleplay. Teddy and I recently took the time to meet with other organization leaders, at the capital, to find ways to create stronger bonds between the organizations and to see what we can improve on when it comes to contributing to the city, the citizens, and other LEO's, in our roles as EMS.
- Recruitment drives! There has been a lack of employee activity, not only in SH but also at PH and on Calls as well. I want to make sure that we do recruitment drives on a regular basis, focused on getting the best possible recruits, and stressing the high level of roleplay that we expect out of an EMS employee.
- Things I plan to implement if I am chosen as leader:
- Regular High Command meetings to maintain a high level of quality and camaraderie, in the leadership team.
- Host more events for the employees, citizens and other organizations within the city.
- More frequent recruiting by holding recruitment drives on a regular basis and also improving the open application system for citizens via statewaves, lifeinvader ads and other methods.
- Improve and bring balance to the bonus system and the EMS financials.
- Improve the suggestion system for employees to promote new ideas and have a better dialogue and information system in general for every one, to improve communication between HC and employees.
- Better dialogue with other organizations and more teamwork to improve the (HAT) hostage global response system.
- To have more fun and improve the lobbies and on-call hours by bringing more balance into the system for employees. That is, after all, the key to success when it comes to EMS. Keeping employees happy!

Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization:
EMS is the heart of the city and no matter what the citizens status or choice of career is, EMS will always be there for them. When needed EMS will always provide the best service it can no matter what! EMS will be more present in the streets, and citizens will always be able to depend and count on us!I will ensure EMS properly fills this role by implementing the following steps:
- Better education system.
- More events with the other orgs like hostage situations, etc.
- Help more with the recruitment drives of other orgs and to be more present in the city, overall.
- Better work environment for the employees.
- Focus on better teamwork within EMS.
- Have an exceptional HC team, around the clock, to better serve the employees and the city, at all times.
- Maintaining the highest level of quality from EMS employees.
