Rejected incorrect ban

I was being run over multiple times and he was going to kill me so i shot at him and i got ban for protecting my self and my friend and i am sorry for shooting in the city i dont think i need a ban since this is my first time and i am new to the game so i dont rlly know all the rules and i know that i have made a mistake for shooting in the city but i dont think i should be banned u could of sent me a warning since it is my first time and i am new to the game sorry.
