Hi Admins,

i just tried to login my account and seeing that my account is banned for GR 1.1/1.2(M), i am the only user of my account and haven't shared it with anyone, kindly approve my appeal for lifting the ban

Please note i have enable 2 factor authenticator for my account after the last time it get hacked, so there is no way my account is hacked by anyone right now and there is no changes in money or my properties whenever i come in and out from game
