Hey dear administration

i was playing my role as i usually do suddenly i got a ban for 60 days . i dont know what's wrong or what i did wrong i m so much confused because i m careful not breaking any rules .

after this ban i try to login to my account (i maybe its a technical problem or something) and it did allow me in i did play for like 6 mins around that time . i got a second time a message saying i got banned permanently.

please please can you check this matter and i m ready to clear my account from everything i have if needed.
