a)
I am really active and I have been in gangs all the time and have earned a lot good experiences in gangs. That's why I wanna be leader and will be taking care, giving important to everything at my gang and will create a good gang community which is non-toxic. Also I will be doing every type of gang activities maximum.
b)
I want to dominate ghetto with my gang which will led The Bloods Street Gang to become the most powerful gang in city.
c) My english is fluent and I think I have the qualities that a leader should have.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
a) Currently the RP is in great condition as of now but I can say to improve that I will be choosing my Hc's carefully. I will be managing events with always fairness and will give maximum bonuses to people at every event we win. Lastly, I will be always fair when giving rank to people. I will do this according to their past gang experiences and knowledge.
1. For it to be a flawless gang I will be only hiring people who has good, enough knowledge about gangs and fluent english.
2. I will be building up a strong turf team and try my best to be perfect on it.
3. I will be doing a lot of events like store robberies and more to increase the RP level in my gang.
4. I will be always careful to avoid any rule breaks.
5. My another important goal is to do 100% spraying and to get atleast 10k profit every hour.
6. When I am out of city, I will make sure that my gang is being organized and managed with always fairness by my Hc's.
