2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
Since I have past experience in gangs, I know how to lead a gang, I can do for this organization and I can't wait to put them into action. We have plans in mind to improve the RP level and many other things. I am a person who never gives up on improving myself and roleplay, who wants to learn everything in detail like a student and who never gives up, which makes me suitable for this position. 2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
2.1 I wanted to apply for this position from a long time. I have been a part of illegal organization from a long time. I have gain a lot of experience to server my role as a gang member. And to make it the most dangerous and active gang in city. I got an inspiration from several leader by spending time with them. This all inspired me to apply for this position.
2.2 I have given my most of the time in criminal activities in gangs like marabunta as a high command. And i served my role with full responsibility, I have prepared a strong team that would always help me with leading the gang because i tried my best make a good relation with everyone I met.
2.3 I am fully committed to turning our gang into a place where every single person feels valued and included. My main priority will be to create an environment that motivates every member to stay motivated, work hard, and have the drive to rise through the ranks. I believe that once everyone is empowered and inspired, our collective strength grows. Fairness, respect, and integrity will be the foundation of everything we do. These are the values that are non-negotiable; as such, they guide our actions on how to work together.
Your advices for improving Roleplay level in organization?
I'm all about giving every new member a fair shot and ensuring they don't feel left out. If they put in the effort, they'll see opportunities for promotions and more. It's my job, along with my High Command, to make sure everyone shows up to events regularly and keeps things respectful no toxicity to other gang members, citizens, or law enforcement. I will also make sure that every recruit learns his way around the city, knows event and street rules, and speaks decent English when in role-playing.
