Rejected Warn for MercyKilling | Princes Targaryen

Today, I received a warning for mercy killing, even though I didn’t actually do it. My game crashed, and when I logged back in, I took a taxi to where I had left my car. There was my friend who needed a lollipop, but he couldn’t interact with anything because he was cuffed. From my perspective, he looked normal, possibly because I logged in after he had been cuffed. I thought he was either trolling or bugged, so I ended up killing him, and there were no cops around at the time.

However, the admin punished me for mercy killing. I messaged my friend on Discord since I was no longer participating in any roleplay (RP), and he informed me that he had been cuffed. When he filed a complaint with the admin, the admin claimed it was an in-character (IC) issue, which I disagree with.

I don’t believe this should be considered mercy killing because, aside from the police, no one else can put cuffed people in cars, which seems unrealistic and unreasonable. We should be allowed to kill in such situations since we were not taking him out of any RP scenario and didn’t disturb anyone else's roleplay. If the admin considers this mercy killing, then I think the feature allowing players to cuff others in cars should be made available to everyone.

I didnt had my instant replay on.But to prove there were no cops around the reply given by the admin should be enough.
