Back in 1970's a group of friends from a small village in Russia has established this organization, where people get together and make money with their own gambling games.
By the time the group gained wealth and fame. With the help of new members, who are devoted their whole lives, the organization lead Russia's underground world for a long time.
In the early 2000s, after the organization lost its old reputation and started to disintegrate.
But nowadays the organization starting over at Los Santos to be ruler underground world once again.

-Dominate all family and territory wars.
-To achieve a prominent position in Los Santos we will buy family businesses.
-To have well known members in different organizations.
-To be feared but also respected.
