Hello dear admins ,
as you can see in his forum he put a forum on families leader and
when u will see his pov he is clearly standing on highway and started his pov saying i am off duty and if they shooting me
its clear he is targeting the org families and if he is off duty why he is keeping on eye on families and waiting for them to shoot him
and he can put a forum report

what a way of targeting, we told SAHP and LSPD to tell that guy to leave as we were getting shots from somewhere and it was very clear he was standing there to make a POV on us, you can also check in his POV he removed his vest so that he can die more easily there was no point for him to stand there when his fellow officers were involved in the store, also to add on he said in the start only i am just off duty chilling if they shoot me. He was standing very Close to the circle and the chances of him getting shots were very high. When he died he said Ez gov in a way that it felt like he got what he want.
