I want to sincerely apologize for using the "Snowman Bug" during the event, which allowed me to collect candies again and again. I understand this was against the rules and unfair to others. I deeply regret my actions and the impact they may have had on the event. Its been 12 months i have been playing this game and this is my first mistake and I assure you it will not happen again.
Please accept my apologies. I am committed to following the rules
