Rejected GR1.3 By 34150

Dear Admins,
So this guy 34150 buys my chiron with drift kit and full config maxed out. where as he sells his one with same upgrades for 32m. He tells that he will not give money back. H e told it will sell for 32m. But when i go to sell. Not going for above 27m. He scammed me by telling it will go for 32m. But it doesnt. I ask him to buy it back. He blocks me on mails. I got scammed for 5m. This is clearly a scam. Please provide me justice.
