This person came up to me with a weapon in his hand.
And as EMS procedure dictates that i am not allowed to provide medical services if an individual is holding any weapon of any kind.
When refused he began insulting me, i do not speak Serbian which i am guessing was the language he used.

I need a Serbian / Balkan admin to review this report.
