I want to become the Leader of SAHP, I would like to become the Leader of SAHP because I believe that SAHP needs a new leader that can bring in a different level to the department that has been missing for a while, I would like to make SAHP more fun for everyone while still following the rules.
A reason for me to become sheriff is that I want the quality of the new recruits to go to a new level, as professionalism needs to be maintained around the workplace I believe that a big part of professionalism around the workplace is the recruitment of people that fit some certain criteria that is hard to be met without the correct management, so when I become sheriff I would like to direct more attention towards recruitment because it is a very big part of SAHP.
Becoming sheriff meaning that I would be overlooking every department and making right decisions for reach department, there are certain departments in SAHP that need improvement badly, and so my attention would be directed towards making each department the best version of itself, as some departments are lacking leadership while others are lacking members I am looking to eliminate all of that if I become sheriff.
Becoming sheriff means become a leader for your organization as well as a leader in front of all other organizations, and my goal when becoming sheriff is to strengthen relations with all of the other organizations and work as a team with them to get the best results out of every situation we encounter as leaders as a team.
Role-play is a very big part of being a police officer, and role play towards situations like hostage situations and negotiations need to be improved for a more realistic experience, as SAHP leader I am looking to implement new departments such as the Negotiations Team which has a certain amount of negotiators from different time zones that lead negotiations, they are selected by the sheriff and under-sheriff to take over hostage situations and get the best outcomes out of them.
