I think you have to take strict action against your mod paradox_maddy i don't know why he is banning me from everyone first he banned me for GR 1.6 for no reason then he banned me from all mails server's for 5.3 even i didn't disrespect his in city i mail him for why you ban me he didn't reply then i started abusing him in private mails (DM) this the way he can't ban me for his personal use and even the rule are for city not for private mails.
