Dear Administration,
I have been punished for FailRP.
Punishment:
2 Warnings.
180 Jail.
Confiscation of total $300k
Heavy Sniper
5 revolver
40/50 rev ammo.
I am appealing my punishment as wrong punishment under 4 sections below:
1. Forum made was for CL (Combat Log) no evidence is given to this matter due to no CL taking place. Misleading forum + Wrong forum.
2. Video evidence (POV) was shorter than 1min. Rules state videos must be 1 min uncut and unedited. I say this because SAHP arrest me in beach market and took me at SUB event and swapped officer to corrupt.
3. I was arrested with a gun in my hand (PG) was not punished.
4, FailRP: I was muted by admin and could not communicate to officer that I didn’t have 100k to meet his demands.
Officer chose a bad location to do his corruption business.
Does not act promptly to aid his demands. (No guns pointed).
I have seen multiple hostage situation with gangs and family that dive into water after hostage release to avoid arrest.
It is realistic to acknowledge that criminals will and can do anything unreasonable to avoid arrest. However not unbelievable. Many real precedents can be given to prove realism. Especially when demands can’t be met.
I kindly ask reviewing admin to promptly correct any mistake taken place in the administration and if in case this is fact. I ask admin to make punishing admin to compensate any loses taken for the incorrectly punished.
