Subject: Formal Appeal for Review of Ban Decision

Dear Administartion Team,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to formally appeal the ban decision related to the recent RP situation, specifically the accusation of deceiving an admin. I fully accept any consequences for my actions within the RP scenario, but I would like to respectfully request a review of the decision, as I believe there may have been a misunderstanding.

Key Points for Review:​

1. No Intent to Deceive:
   In my forum response Reviewed - GR 6.15 + CR | 103686 + 101204 + 57205, I stated that I was genuinely leaving the situation alone and had no intention of provoking or annoying others. My actions were consistent with my RP character as a state employee, and I made no attempts to deceive anyone.
2. Escalation of the Situation:
   
   • At the beginning of the interaction, I intended to escort the individuals as part of my RP role. However, they initiated ramming (as seen in the video at 2:45 and 2:57, where a radio message explicitly instructs them to stop ramming).
   • At 4:50 in the video, demands were made while I was driving at high speed, which made it impractical to comply immediately.
3. VDM Incident:
   • In both the GOV POV
     and my POV
     , it is evident that I attempted to avoid collisions multiple times. However, the GOV agents stopped in the middle of the road, which is an unusual and unsafe action for their RP roles.
   • At 8:00 in the GOV POV, the collision appears to be a result of a bug or an issue with illegal redux, as shown in my POV.
     
4. GR 6.4 Violation:
   I respectfully disagree with the accusation of breaking GR 6.4. My actions were consistent with my RP character, and there is no evidence to suggest I was playing against my role.

Conclusion:​

I kindly request the reviewing admin to re-examine the evidence, including the videos and my forum response, to assess whether the ban for deceiving an admin is justified. I believe there is no intent to deceive, and my actions were in line with the RP scenario.
