I got jailed because of robbing in parking lot which is unscripted green zone but in the announcements section of official grand rp discord it says that you can now steal from parking Lots and all the parking lots are unscripted green zones. So this rule changes the rule. According to it you can steal from parking lots and that was what I was doing then why this jail. It's official rule from Grand rp in their discord server. Pls revoke it.

You misunderstood the announcement, you still cannot steal in GZ which is written in the rules
