All in pov, as you see i did the Observatory race and some one do the rice with Helicopter you can see him in the POV that he start the race and see him many time flying in the race way untel he end the race. i ask admin and he say post the pov. he did that 3 time in row and i ask admin and they say post as form but i dont have his suspect ID.
