- ID 182187 will receive a punishment for Event Rule 1.2
(As seen in the POV ID 182187 did Event Rule 1.2 at 0:13)

However,
- ID 174405 (Thread owner) will receive a punishment for MG
(As seen in the POV ID 174405 did MG in whole POV)​
