1. Leader of... The vagos
2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
1) I want to lead vagos since I have never known where I was going or what to do when I first landed into the city. However, I became attracted to the gang activity and visited every gang headquarters until I found vagos. No other gang had given me the same warm welcome, and I want to restore that sense of connection. I've noticed after the last few terms this gang has been lacking in members and I feel like this has something to do with it.
2) There has been a major drop in gang activity and event participation over the last two terms, I'm not sure why exactly, but I have a feeling it has to do with a lack of confidence on behalf of the leader or the members themselves, who don't think they can show up to events and fight against the gangs that have ruled the city for a long time. But as a leader, I bring a mindset and the will for success, and in order to achieve this, we need to start going to more events and create worry about in the minds of other gangs as well as law enforcement officials so they no if they see a member be scared. with me as a leader I bring the mindset and the drive to become, we need to start going to more events and establish worry in the minds of other gangs as well as law enforcement officials so they will know if they witness a member acting frightened.
3) I have participated in nearly every organization in the city, both legal and illegal, and I have advanced to high ranks in the majority of them. Bloods, Ballas, Marabunta and SAHP are a couple of them. I have been in SAHP many times; most recently, Leading a department that is somewhat of a gang—more like a family that you get to know and lead—has given me excellent leadership qualities. My ascent to high positions in gangs has also equipped me with the knowledge and expertise.i hope i do best for my term.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
1) As I mentioned before, I have held high positions in the past, and this has impressed on me that if I ever do become a leader, people may ask me anything. Whether they are questions about the regulations or just general inquiries, I can answer them and let them know what to do and what not to do and help them.
2) Don't simply concentrate on turf; go to additional gang events. There is much more to a gang than simply turf, and while turf is vital, attending more activities makes it more enjoyable for everyone involved—including law enforcement officers, of whom I am one—and there has been a significant decline in store robberies and hostage situations. In order to preserve a favorable reputation within the community, I want to change this. I do events every day, which encourages people to join us since they observe that we engage in enjoyable role-playing for all, i take vagos to a higher position in gangs.
3) A minimum age of at least 10+ years in the city is required so we don't recruit people who just joined the city so they don't go around tarnishing the vagos colours. By establishing this age restriction, we ensure that the RP is run by knowledgeable, experienced individuals, which benefits everyone, like giving bonuses so people enjoy in gang activity.
4) Making me the leader will allow me to concentrate on both events and turf. I will choose a deputy to oversee turf and assemble a team specifically for that purpose, ensuring that we always have a turf team to uphold the RP in that regard as well.
