Good evening.
My account id 5577 was hacked, they changed my email and when I tried to login the game did not recognised my email.
After that, I opened a ticket on EN3 technical support to recover account.

Finally when I recovered the account with my original email, I realized was banned RG 1.1& 1.2.
If necessary I accept money wipe.
