I suspect this player engaged in Power Gaming by recognizing me solely by my ID, despite my change of clothing. Initially, I was wearing a white outfit, but when he caught me later, I was in a red outfit, yet he still identified me as the same person. (Proof: Reckless Driving fine).
Additionally, he issued me a 5-star wanted level when I should have received only 4. I also believe he gave me more fine for possession of illegal items.
