As you can see in the shared link of forum this guy was dead and he is talking in RP chat while dead which is a clear that he broke FAIL RP

YOU CAN SEE IN THIS FORUM ALSO (FORUM) WHICH GOT APPROVED FOR FAIL RP AS HE WAS ALSO TALKING IN RP CHAT WHILE DEAD

Make complaint with a proper pov of that situation, you can make complaint in complaints about player section with the required proof​
