Need POV Recorder

hey mates, i need a help about the pov recorder application. my graphic card is amd rx5300m (laptop gpu) there is no relive option for my card i guess it is enable for new amd laptop gpus or just non-mobile gpus. also i cant use windows game bar recorder and really i dont know why i cant do that. actually i can use it in old times but now cant. i resetted my pc and redownload windows 11 clearly but didn’t fix. as you know i cant use nvidia replay because of my card. so what should i do, can someone suggest me any solution or application for that.

my pc spec is:
amd ryzen 5 4600h
rx5300m gpu
8x2 ddr4 ram
512 ssd

yes i got amd gpu but it is mobile gpu there is no option about relive for my graphics card
