2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1 I join in EMS when I was 9 years old in the city, I joined this term as fresher in "NABS SHAKESPEARE" term and I did my best with all my duties as a regular employee and became a Junior Surgeon and start working with Rescue Officer (RO) to gain more experience after a week, I become a Rescue Officer (RO) in Kaycee Shakespeare . We will try to attend scripted and unscripted Events giving hard work towards the EMS and became a Dean of Rescue Officer (RO) selected by all HR and Chief . I Give Dedication and Hard work to EMS and now COO of EMS.
2.2 Rescue Officer (RO) is most important in EMS And have good experience in it and as a HC I also have an experience in FTO department. This will motivate me lots to take a leadership of this most important organization. we will closely observe all the department in EMS that's help me to decries my workload as EMS Leader. To give more affords to improve the Roleplay.
2.3 Lastly, I think a leadership position is suitable for me, I have always had a passion for helping other. I serve the EMS more than 4 terms, and I love to be in EMS Organization. WE will recognize the strengths of our team members and assigns tasks accordingly, I can work composed under pressure to improve the Roleplay.

3. Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization.
3.1 As a Chief of EMS, I will be making more Events once per week to create some RP it helps to motivate the people more towards the EMS to join and work Ase a employ We will try to attend as much as scripted and unscripted Events. I introduce some more department to improving Roleplay experience Like Internal Affair they can Handal internal matters in the organization EMS. We have PR department they are organize and dispirit to increase the Roleplay in creating IC events.
3.2 I have noticed in the SH Hospital is all time problem to cover the lobby for loo paycheck mostly in night shift, So I would motivate and increase the bonuses for the SH, night shift duty, to hopefully motivation the employees. We have HRT to handle the applications, Human resources and training department in Organization to handle and improve the proper Roleplay. Also we have MD, AS, LabTech, RO.
3.3 We will interact more with our employees for a beater RP and A FTO is a back boon of EMS we try to provide a good team for the FTO because Theis department which can improve the roleplay and Increase more RP in city. I will make sure that no one Breaking the EMS rules and regulations and i was make sure to our employ a proper Roleplay.
