Rejected Without any reason why i got warrned ?

my dear admin,
i dont know why i got warnned and went admin jail for no reason. last when i played i was doing my duty on ems at ph2 lobby then i went for sleep (go out city). after coming back from sleep i saw myself at the prison and i got warnned from an admin. Could you please give me a valid reason why got warrned? the reason why i got jail is show that "thread" could also please explain me what is thread. iam waiting for answers
