2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
A. LSPD is the first org which I join and I served 9 terms in LSPD .5 terms as COS . So I have a soft corner for LSPD . With my experience I think I can server a good term for LSPD as a leader. Also I have a good team who will help me for that. Because mainly New people join LSPD . So, With my team I can make their training Process better and i already made some plan about it .
Under my leadership, I plan to update and expand internal handbooks, email templates .
B. No doubt LSPD is one of the Best organisation . But there is always a scope to improve. So, I want to improve LSPD with my new plans. I want to fix all the issues that I faced in past terms. Also, I have some plans for fixing towing. With a focus on community connection, specialized training, and a steady infusion of new talent, we’ll ensure the LSPD remains adaptable.
C. Because i served LSPD for 8 term so i have a lot of contacts through the city . So, I can bring people in my term . Also , I have 25 PR event plan ready already . Which will help me to complete my PR session. Also , I have a good PR team who will help me to complete it perfectly .
Your advice for improving Role-play level in organization.
3.1 . PR is one of the most important thing in LSPD . This time I will work with my PR team . To improve RP i will include EMS and LI in some PR events . Like if I do any event that could harm people I will call EMS for safety purpose .
3.2 . I will conduct Regular exercise With NG . We will make plans together for possible hostage , Store and other . That will help us to work together more professionally . Also we will work with other ORGs too .
3.3 . I will appoint good IA team to keep eye on everyone . They will ensure that everyone working more Professionally and more RPly . That's how I will try to improve RP . Also it will help us to create a healthy work condition for LSPD . by working together more professionally we will ensure city and citizens safety .
