(Id 129783 ) He come and hit me with his police car and ask me to show the passport. I showed the passport then after that he search me with out any reason. Also he is saying that all mask using people's are suspects also he don't say to remove the mask. Without saying I removed the mask also...

Its called Power Gaming when they search you without saying anything. Or run while they have handcuffed you etc.
here it was not Power gaming.
They sad they have RP reason (suspicion) on you, thats why they search you.
Its said that inspite of watching whole 12 mins POV, writing details comment on why this was IC , YOU are UNSATISFIED with my decision.
If you had spent this time and energy to hire lawyer and sue them you would have got him punished ICly and gotten punishment.
