Appeal for Ban

Dear Zaid,
I hope you’re doing well. I would like to appeal the ban I recently received under ID 439645. I genuinely did not know that saying “your mother” was considered illegal and not tolerated.
I understand that I am already level 11, but I am still learning from my mistakes. In this situation, the other player was insulting me, calling me “bitch” and “bitchboy,” and was clearly provoking me. He even used the word “motherf***er” and then asked, “Who is that guy in front of you?” To which I responded with “your mother.” I never thought this would have such serious consequences.
I am someone who wants to stay far away from bans or jail and prefers to join organizations that work for the state—earning money in a legal way. My only goal is to make money and play fairly.
I would like to bring your attention for according to Rule 3.2, the standard penalty for my infraction is either a 7-day ban or a 180-minute mute. I would appreciate it if you could consider changing my punishment to the 180-minute mute, because I am an active player and would love to continue enjoying the game.
