First of all, I want to apologize for my late forum complaint. Unfortunately, one of my family members passed away, and I was unable to do a Complaint..
I have been on the server for more than two years and had a good amount of money. However, as we all know, real-life responsibilities takes top priority. I was going through a time where I had university exams, so I had to take a break from the game to focus on my studies.
Before leaving, my friend Black Pluxury (ID 68214) needed money to buy a business for him self, so I deposited 700 million into the family balance and told him to take what he needed, with the understanding that he would return it when I came back. While I was inactive due to university, he used a part of the money to buy a house and was planning to purchase the business (Chip Tunning) with the rest.
During my exams, I was joining the game and leaving the game AFK as I wasn't able to play.
After completing my exams and returning to the game, I was banned for investigation and demanded to contact Sultan Pluxury. When I reached out to him, he questioned me about the money transfer and why did I give him the money. I explained the situation, but my ban was not lifted.
During this time, I experienced bad thing in real life which is the passing of a family member, which prevented me from playing or even speak with any of my friends. Meanwhile, my friend submitted an admin complaint regarding his own ban. Unfortunately, his complaint contained some mistakes, which Bobby considered an attempt to deceive the admins. In his complaint, he stated that he's buying the business on my behalf, which was incorrect. However, after speaking with him, I realized that he had used Google Translate to write his forum post, leading to multiple mistakes. The text contained words that were not even basic English some words were so advanced that only professors would understand them. After discussing the matter with Sultan, He didn't even tell me why I was even banned at the first place, Despite explaining my situation, my ban was not lifted, and I was given a 9999 day ban with the reason listed as "Investigation." However, if the ban reason is still ''Investigation'' that means there is nothing on me.
I am reaching out to you to review my case, as I believe this ban is unfair.
