hello dear admin
as you can see that i have a 10-15 and i was checking my bodycam bcz the 10-15 want a lawyer after i check my bodycam i was requesting a lawyer from doj department and at the min 2:18 i saw that the guy wrote something in club chat while he is in cuffs at the beginning i thought that he was not in cuffs after i tried to put him in cuffs back i recognised that he was already in cuffs
