Hello,
I was initially banned due to having three accounts, with two being permanently banned and one receiving a 60-day ban. After submitting an unban request, I was permanently banned on both accounts for multi-cheating, which I do not understand, as I have always played fairly.
A few days later, I was banned again for multi-cheating, but this time for 9999 days. I’m confused by this, as I’ve not engaged in any form of cheating. Since the initial ban, I have strictly adhered to the rules and focused solely on roleplay.
