Rejected Appeal for Ban Removal from Grand RP Discord Server

I am writing to formally appeal the ban placed on my account in the Grand RP Discord server.

I recently returned to Discord after a long hiatus due to my real-life exams. Upon logging back in, I discovered that my account had been compromised by a virus, which I was unaware of at the time. When i saw it, I immediately deleted my account and created a new account because I didn't realize that my account had been banned from the server.. Unfortunately, this led to actions that violated the server's rules, resulting in my ban.

I sincerely apologize for any disruption my account may have caused during this time. I assure you that I have taken steps to secure my account and remove any malicious software. I understand the importance of maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for all members, and I am committed to adhering to the server rules moving forward.

I kindly ask for your understanding and forgiveness in this matter. I truly enjoy being a part of the Grand RP community and would appreciate the opportunity to return.
