Life Story:
Habibi was born in a poor family in San Andrenas, and he grow up and dreaming to be a police officer, His father was a lawyer, and he was giving suggestion to criminal and take bribes and lying for saving his clint, When Habibi was young his father was arrested leading to a tragic suicide in jail. and his mother remarried and left Habibi, And one day Habibi discovered his father's suitcase which revealed the extent of his father corruption. Determined to grow up his budget to be a millowner, Habibi decided to follow his father's footsteps.
Career Story:
Despite multiple rejections, Habibi eventually joined SAHP as a trainee. He underwent from 4:00 am to 10:00 pm daily, enduring physical pain and exhaustion. Over time, he rose through the ranks, and become a Trooper and later Chief of Division, Habibi journey took a darker turn when he reconnected with his father's contacts and joined a corrupt team within SAHP, led by him
Outcomes:
1- Habibi is able to attempt to search for a bodycam (/try searches for bodycam) up to twice per situation, and if found, break it (/do breaks bodycam).
1-habibi can sell, buy or use any type of weapons for his personal safety and profit. ( exception, org weapons )
3-Habibi can use truth serum on suspect for get true information. ( /try 2 times per situation )
4-Habibi can torture / kill people if they don't follow his demands. ( with a RP reason )
5-Habibi can break IC Laws and able to use his position in GOV.
6-Habibi can refuse to show his identity by lying (classified and wrong name) and using a skill to keep his identity a secret.
7-Habibi can go to Ghetto Off-Duty and kill/shoot anyone for his own profits or his friends and can rob anyone with family members (No fight/rob against LEOs)
8-Habibi can take bribes up to 100k
9-Habibi can torture and/or kill 10-15s if they don't want to give him money and if he wants to get more information
