As you can see my body cam footage, this individual is killing other individuals without any reason, which is violation of rules and doing (RDM). Additionally at the timestamp 0:27 and 0:40, he verbally abused my parents many times, violating GR 3.1 and 3.2. I request please take strict actions against such individuals and they just join the city only to engage in abusive behavior with others.
