2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
- The first most reason for applying for the governor is as I have resilience and composure. I been serving SAHP and now FIB and know how to respond to situations accordingly. I’ve learned to remain calm and make clear-headed decisions even in stressful situations.
- The second reason is that I was working in departments such as SAHP and FIB instills a strong sense of duty, integrity and responsibility. These qualities translate into a commitment to ethical leadership, ensuring that you remain accountable and transparent to the communities you serve.
- I have a very clear vision of how to communicate with my team members and lead our government in the right way with effective solutions.
- My first advice is to improve the economy of our city.
Currently, real estate prices are significantly inflated compared to the state - for example, a basic apartment costs 2 million, which is four times more than it should be, and houses in poor neighborhoods can be overvalued by 10 times. Such inflation not only burdens citizens with unaffordable housing costs, but also limits economic mobility and disposable income. By recalibrating real estate values closer to realistic government targets, we can increase housing affordability, stimulate local markets, and encourage fair competition.
- My second advice is to change contract law and employee protection rights.
The current contractual system imposes a fine of 300 thousand dollars on people who decide to leave the organization. This fine is overly punitive and creates an environment where employees feel trapped, limiting their ability to move freely within the organization.
- The third advice is to reduce dependence on certain organizations and give citizens more freedom of choice.
Currently, citizens are limited in their choice of services - for example, only SAHP provides vehicle insurance, and home insurance is provided exclusively through the government. Lack of competition leads to a monopolistic system.
