Rejected Unfair Ban

Hello,
I got banned for 7 days under rule 6.9 for doing a pushup emote on someone. Me and the boys were messing around with eachother and then out of nowhere I got banned. The admin who banned me at no point explained what was going on or tell me what what I was doing was against the rules (even though the two of us were clearly playing around). I think 7 days is ridiculously excessive. and would like the ban lifted as 2 days already seems like enough. Diana went a bit overboard honestly, and it seems from other people I've spoken to, that it isn't the first time she bans harshly with little reason
Since I'm banned I can't locate my ingame ID.
I'm also not sure what proof I could possibly have,
